Shadow Vendor Chair

Shadow vendor chair to take over next year. This job requires contacting vendors in the fall and following up with them before the party. On the night of the party, the chair meets the vendors, makes payment, and gets them started on set-up. We are losing the vendor chair after this year, so you can shadow her this year and take over next year. It is not a difficult job–but it is important!

If you would like to help or want to learn more, please contact Susan Brimacombe at [email protected].
