Bon Voyage Party

The party planning committee could use a few more people to help with tasks before the night of the party. If you have time to offer, please consider helping with one of the following:

Food donation requests. You will get a list of businesses that have contributed in the past and will contact them to ask them to donate again. We start making requests around mid-March and follow up with them the week of the party.

Shadow vendor chair to take over next year. This job requires contacting vendors in the fall and following up with them before the party. On the night of the party, the chair meets the vendors, makes payment, and gets them started on set-up. We are losing the vendor chair after this year, so you can shadow her this year and take over next year. It is not a difficult job–but it is important!

If you would like to help or want to learn more, please contact Susan Brimacombe at [email protected].

We will be holding an informational meeting at some point in the spring, but if you are interested in learning more now, please contact Karen Watts at [email protected].
