RAFFLE PRIZES AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT

HOURS:  10:30 pm – 3:00 am. Check-in between 10:30 pm and 11:30pm at the flagpole entrance.  NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED after 11:30 pm and all students must stay until 3:00am.  Parents will be contacted if student does not arrive at the party.

ADMISSION: Only Pioneer 2020 grads who walk at the graduation ceremony

WHAT TO BRING:  ID, TENNIS SHOES FOR GAMES. The pool will not be open.  When you check in, you will be given a personalized bag in which to put your belongings.  While personal belongings will be kept in a secured and monitored area, we cannot be responsible for loss or theftHall lockers will not be available.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:   Please leave all valuables, including purses, wallets, and jewelry, at home. There is no need for money.  Once you’re in the door everything is FREE!  No sleeping bags, pillows, backpacks, bags, purses or camera bags will be allowed into the party.

DRESS: This is a casual event!  Please make sure you bring tennis shoes in order to play some of the games.  You can bring them along and place them in your bag if you wear flip-flops.

REGISTRATION:   Download and mail this registration form. (coming soon)

PRICES: Now through March 31: $40, April 1 – June 1: $50, after June 1: $60.  Sorry, no refunds can be given.

DISTRIBUTION:  There will be no physical ticket; an email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the order form. If students forget to mail the form to purchase tickets, they will have the opportunity to purchase them the last week of school or at the door.
