Senior Graduation Party: 2021 TBD

Calling ALL Pioneer Parents:

You are needed to preserve a 20-year graduation tradition!

Since 1995, Pioneer High School and the Pioneer PTSO have hosted the All Senior All Night Bon Voyage Graduation Party.

This alcohol and drug-free lock-in party is a very special (and safe) way for graduating seniors to celebrate with their classmates on the night of graduation–a high-risk time.  The interior of the school is transformed into a magical cruise ship where seniors can enjoy a night of fun activities, music, casino games, refreshments, raffle prizes and other entertainment.

This tradition will not continue unless we get more adults from all class levels to get involved in planning and volunteering for this wonderful event.  Please help preserve this party for the 2021 graduating class and for future classes as well.

What Help is Needed?

It takes a village to keep the seniors safe on graduation night and there are many ways to help.

  1. Volunteer for an Organizational Role:

Time commitment is roughly 4 meetings (throughout the year) and a few hours each month until June.  The first week of June involves extra hours leading up to the party TBD.  These roles have great documentation and may be filled by individuals or by co-leaders, so consider getting a friend to join you!

  1. Work an Event Shift:

Deal cards in the casino, check-in students, help decorate.  We’ll send you a SignUp Genius Invite in April  to work a shift during the party  or help with decorations.

  1. Grocery Program:

Participating grocery stores make donations to support the Bon Voyage party based on your purchases.

  1. Tax-Deductible Contribution:

Please consider a personal or business donation (tax deductible) to the event.
