Join the PTSO Board! April 24th

Thinking about getting more involved at Pioneer? Already supporting a sport, but willing to put in a little extra time to benefit the school as a whole? Come to our meeting on Tuesday, April 24 at 6:30 in the Career Center at Pioneer, followed by an information session on opportunities to support the PTSO next year. We need to fill several key board positions as well as committee chairs. Stop by and find out what PTSO is all about. We need your help to keep our programs going for years to come!
If you can’t make it to the meeting but are interested in learning more about how you can help, please email Karen at [email protected].

Food donation requests help needed

You will get a list of businesses that have contributed in the past and will contact them to ask them to donate again. We start making requests around mid-March and follow up with them the week of the party.

Shadow Vendor Chair

Shadow vendor chair to take over next year. This job requires contacting vendors in the fall and following up with them before the party. On the night of the party, the chair meets the vendors, makes payment, and gets them started on set-up. We are losing the vendor chair after this year, so you can shadow her this year and take over next year. It is not a difficult job–but it is important!

If you would like to help or want to learn more, please contact Susan Brimacombe at [email protected].
